Accessing Nagios triggers from stackstorm running on different WM's

Hey,
I am trying to integrate Nagios(running on a different vm via vagrant) and stackstorm in a different vm.
I want to call auth API from Nagios vm to stackstorm vm via [st2service_handler.py] but I can’t resolve hosts or connect to stackstorm’s vm IP

Can any please help me how can I send Nagios trigger to stackstorm running on different vagrant VM’s, please.

I am new to stackstorm and exploring it for an organization.
Any help will be appreciated
