Stackstorm dashboard is not working

I used st2-docker and its working but when i try to visit web UI(dashboard) i got error which is " This site can’t be reached". i used version 3.1.0
please give me any suggestion what to do next.

I’d suggest to open the Web Developer console in the browser and try to investigate what’s going on there.
Are there any responses with 4xx or 5xx status codes? Do you see the initial login screen? Did the webpage you’re referring even show the javascript/images files?
